Why is it unable to find my order when I request a return?

When requesting a return, make sure to use the confirmation number received via email at the time of your order, this should be a 5-digit number starting with #.

 

 

Is my item eligible for a refund?

We offer refunds and exchanges on full priced products within 14 days of receiving your order. Sale items are valid for an online credit only. Garments need to be in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted. To view our full Terms & Conditions click here.

 

 

Why have I only received part of my order?

Orders are packed from our warehouse and our boutiques across Australia. Sometimes we pack things separately and they may arrive at a later date. If you are having any trouble locating the packages or finding their tracking details, please email customerrelations@manningcartell.com.au.

 

 

Why was I refunded less than what I paid?

When a purchase is made through Zippy & Afterpay fees are considered. These fees account to 4% of your returned item/s. These fees are then deducted from your refund. For more information on the fees email customerrelations@manningcartell.com.au or read our full Returns Policy

 

Can I return an online order in store?

Online orders can be exchanged in store for an item of equal or more value, however boutiques are not able to refund an online order. To request a refund for an online order, head over to request a return.


Why can't I find my first purchase 10% discount code? 

Your 10% off code for your first purchase may have slipped into your junk mail, if you still can’t find it, email customerrelations@manningcartell.com.au who can help you locate it.

 

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

We’re so sorry you received an item that isn’t in perfect condition. Please email customerrelations@manningcartell.com.au with your order number and an image that outlines the fault so that we can provide you with a suitable solution.

 

 

Can I return a sale item?

Yes, sale pieces can be exchanged or returned for an E-Boutique credit which is valid for 3 months from date of issue, please note this is an online credit only and cannot be used in-store.


Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, MANNING CARTELL does not cover the cost of return postage unless your item is deemed faulty. For more details on returns click here.

 

 

What size am I?

Please refer to the size guide on each individual product, here you will find the garment measurements for each item. If you require further styling and size advice, please contact customerrelations@manningcartell.com.au. Can I use my Online Gift Card in store?

Unfortunately, online store credits or gift cards can only be redeemed on our website. Store credit or gift cards purchased via our retail stores can only be redeemed in store at this time.
