We offer complimentary standard shipping for all orders over $399 AUD. All orders are dispatched via Australia Post and require a signature on delivery. Please note all standard and express domestic orders are processed via Auspost and will require signature on delivery.

DUTIES & TAXES
United States
We now offer a simplified shopping experience for our US customers, the price at the checkout is the final price. There will not be any additional tariffs due after the checkout is complete. Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
Under current US Government requirements, customers may be asked by the shipping carrier (DHL) to provide additional information, such as a Social Security Number (SSN) in order to receive their delivery. This request comes directly from US Customs and Border Protection and is not managed by MANNING CARTELL. Any information provided will go directly to the carrier (DHL) to ensure smooth clearance and delivery of your order.
Other International Destinations
For most countries, we ship on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable unless your item is confirmed faulty.
Important Notes
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable (unless the item is deemed faulty).
- Orders refused or returned due to unpaid duties will have any associated return fees deducted from the refund amount.
- Online orders are not processed on Australian Public Holidays or weekends.
- MANNING CARTELL does not cover any duties, taxes, or handling fees applied by your local government. You may be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery if shipping to a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) country.
We are not responsible for replacing or refunding orders delayed or held in customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for details before placing your order.

DESPATCH TIMES
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. During promotional events or holiday periods, processing times may take a little longer.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, MANNING CARTELL is not responsible for any delays that may occur in transit. Please note, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/Armed Forces addresses. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Relations team within 8 hours of placing your order.

FRAUDULENT ORDERS
To protect our customers and business from online fraud, MANNING CARTELL reserves the right to cancel or temporarily place a hold on any order where we have reasonable grounds to believe the transaction may be fraudulent.
In these cases, we will make every effort to contact the purchaser via the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout. You may be asked to provide proof of identity to verify the order before it is released for dispatch.
If we are unable to make contact or if the requested verification is not received—or does not meet our requirements—MANNING CARTELL reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice.
