MANNING CARTELL offer a Click and Collect service which allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from a MANNING CARTELL boutique (Please note our Boutiques are located in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth). MANNING CARTELL offer same day delivery in certain regions of Australia for orders placed before 12pm AEST, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If your order is eligible for same day delivery, this service will automatically show up as an option at the check out page. Same Day Delivery has a flat rate fee of $25.00. MANNING CARTELL is not responsible for duties and taxes on international orders. Please contact your local customs office to confirm fees and information regarding import taxes prior to placing an order.

If you select to pay duties at checkout, orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning you won't incur these fees upon your order's arrival in your country.
Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the total value of your purchase. These charges are added to your order total during checkout. The charges are determined by your local customs authority and include:

In the event we are not able to make contact, or the information provided is not satisfactory, MANNING CARTELL have the right to cancel your order without notification.
