We now calculate duties at checkout, reflecting current U.S. tariffs on products made in China. Local taxes will be charged upon delivery. Australian-made products under $800 USD are not subject to duties, with the country of origin clearly listed in the Product Details section.

Orders shipped internationally may incur duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. MANNING CARTELL is not liable for these fees. Please check with your local customs office for details before placing an order. Note: Online orders are not processed on Australian Public Holidays or weekends.

All requests for order cancellations must be made via a direct call to our Customer Relations team within 8 hours of making the purchase. If you purchased from overseas, please email us at customerrelations@manningcartell.com.auwith "Cancel Order" in your subject line.

We reserve the right to cancel or temporarily hold an order in the circumstance that we have sufficient grounds to believe that the order is fraudulent or has fraudulent characteristics. In such instances, we will attempt to make contact to the buyer using the email address and/or number provided at the time of the booking and request that a proof of identity be provided before releasing your order. In the event we are not able to make contact, or the information provided is not satisfactory, MANNING CARTELL have the right to cancel your order without notification.

As a company we are taking steps to reduce our ecological footprint as a business and all orders both online and at our Boutiques will be wrapped in sustainable packaging. Our new packaging is made from 50% post consumer waste and the other 50% consists of soy based inks & non solvent water based adhesive glue. 100% biodegradable, compostable and recyclable.
