The below policy applies to all purchases made online at manningcartell.com.au. Please note that our in-store policy differs from our eBoutique Policy. For information regarding our in-store policy, please contact the boutique where you made your purchase.
Online returns must be sent to our head office address and will not be accepted in boutiques.
For orders made through our e-Boutique, we offer refunds or credit notes on all full priced purchases, when a Returns Authorisation number is granted, and the garment is returned to our head office within 14 days of the item being delivered. Refunds are not available for sale items; these transactions are eligible for an online credit note only.
CONDTIONS OF RETURNS
Items accepted for return must have been purchased from our Manning Cartell e-Boutique. All returns must be in their original, as-new condition with tags attached. Any garment(s) that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered will not be accepted.

AFTERPAY AND ZIPPAY
For full priced items purchased using Afterpay or Zippay, given your item/s match our returns criteria above, your item will be eligible for refund or exchange. Please note you will be refunded the amount of your garment minus shipping costs and Afterpay/Zippay fees. For further information on this please contact us on (02) 9557 7277.
Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for a refund. These items are redeemable for an e-Boutique credit note only. Manning Cartell deems a sale item as any item that has been marked down permanently.
Items purchased on promotion, for a limited time only are eligible for a refund. Manning Cartell deems a promotional item to be a full priced item marked down for a limited time that will return to its original price after the promotional period ends. Manning Cartell reserves the right to select which items it deems as promotional. Manning Cartell reserves the right to exclude items from sale and/or remove products during the sale period.
Items listed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for a return, exchange or credit note, unless deemed faulty.
JEWELLERY AND SHOES
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for jewellery.
Shoes that have sole markings or scratches, will not be accepted for a return. We suggest trying on shoes on soft surfaces such as carpet. Please ensure the shoes are returned in their original packaging (including the box).
Returns are usually completed within 24 hours of their receipt. During sale and busy periods, there may be a slight delay in the processing time.
