HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A FULL PRICE ITEM

If you'd like to request an exchange or refund for your Manning Cartell purchase, please contact our eBoutique team within 7 days of receipt to obtain a Returns Authorisation number.

All returns must be in their original, new condition, not damaged, worn or washed and must have original tags attached. They must be sent back in original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earrings. Refunds are not available for items purchased using Afterpay or Zippay, these transactions are eligible for exchanges only.

Returned goods are accepted 7 days from the date in which the RA number is issued. Items received outside of this period may not be accepted for return.

 

RETURNING SALE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds for change of mind sale items. For change of mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

Please contact our eBoutique team within 7 days of receipt to request a Returns Authorisation number for your exchange. 

Once obtained, please fill out the returns form, and clearly list the item you would like in exchange for your return. The item listed must be of equal of greater value to the item being returned. 

We do not issue eBoutique credits. 

Sale refunds will only be accepted if the merchandise is deemed faulty.

Please note, items purchased during short term promotional sales such as Vogue Online Shopping Night are not classed as "sale items" and are subject to our normal returns policy.

 

ZIPPAY & AFTERPAY PURCHASES

Refunds are not available on zippay & Afterpay purchases. Zippay & Afterpay transactions at manningcartell.com are eligable for an exchange only.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Sorry, but we don't offer a refund on any shipping charges for returned goods. You'll need to cover the cost of any returns and pay the shipping cost of items offered in an exchange.

 

IN STORE RETURNS POLICY

Please note that our in store returns policy differs from the eBoutique policy. No refunds will be given if you have changed your mind. Store credit strictly within 7 days of purchase, with sales receipt & items in new condition. 

No exchange, credit, refunds will be given on sale items, unless goods are faulty.

No responsibility will be taken for damage due to dry cleaning, please see below for dry cleaning advice. 

 

REDEEMING VOUCHERS

Any credit notes or gift vouchers issued from MANNING CARTELL boutiques can only be used in-store and can't be redeemed online.

 

DRY CLEANING & ADDITIONAL INFO

All returns must be sent back in original packaging and in as-new unworn condition.

Please note if you buy online, you can't return an item to one of our boutiques or David Jones. Likewise, if you buy in-store, you can't return an item online.

We are unable to accept responsibility for any damage caused by dry cleaning. We're happy to provide recommendations on the dry cleaners we use, so please contact our eBoutique team for their advice if you're unsure.
