EBOUTIQUE RETURNS

Please note that our in-store policy differs from our eBoutique Policy. Returns must be sent to our head office address and will not be accepted in boutiques. For information regarding our in-store policy, please contact the boutique where you made your purchase.

We accept refunds or exchanges on all full priced purchases when a Returns Authorisation number is granted and the garment is returned within 14 days of receipt.

All returns must be in their original, as-new condition with tags attached. Any garments that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered will not be accepted. For health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns or exchanges for earrings.

Refunds are not available for sale items or any items purchased using Afterpay or Zippay, these transactions are eligible for exchange only, unless the item is deemed faulty.

Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for a refund, these are exchange only.

Items purchased using Zippay or Afterpay will not be eligible for a refund, these are exchange only.

 

PROCESSING TIME

We will try to process returns as quickly as possible, however, please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed.
