CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Our Client Relationship Managers are the foundation of our business and key to our success. Combining their commercial acumen with their Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, our Client Relationship Managers deliver on our vision and strategic direction by driving sales growth and empowering our customers with the confidence to make meaningful memories

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be responsible for driving client satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and maximizing sales opportunities through personalised service.
• Be focused on both retaining and acquiring clientele, both with top customers and actively seeking out new prospects through networking and partnerships.
• Develop comprehensive client engagement plans aligned with HO directives and local business needs, managing budgets, coordinating activations and gifting campaigns, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
• Lead in-store projects and tracks engagement activities to elevate customer experiences and drive business growth. Act as MANNING CARTELL brand ambassadors in all areas with professionalism and poise
• Ensure all store operations tasks and administration is completed accurately and efficiently and drive adherence to all relevant policies and procedures

SYDNEY HQ

Despatch Co-Ordinator

We are excited to share that MANNING CARTELL has an opportunity for an experienced Despatch Co-ordinator to join our team in Marrickville, Sydney.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the logistics of the warehouse, ensuring that all deliveries are managed efficiently.
• Oversee the end-to-end quality control process, ensuring that product is of an exceptional standard before despatch, managing internal documentation and tracking any errors in a timely manner.
• Execute the delivery of stock to retail stores and wholesale partners and a clear and organised record of all stock movement is kept.
• Work closely with the Merchandising Planner ensuring all stock allocations are received and actioned according to company standards.
• Provide weekly internal updates to the head office team on the status of despatch.
• Investigate any stock discrepancies, working with key stakeholders to develop rigorous systems that avoid risk of stock loss/inaccuracies.
• Manage customer repairs (both in-store and online) ensuring all repairs are conducted in a timely manner and maintained within the assigned threshold.
• Manage relationships with our logistics partners, ensuring that all deliveries are executed with the most appropriate and cost effective services.
• Coordinate and assist in regular warehouse stocktake.
• Manage the Warehouse Assistant, ensuring that day to day tasks are executed, as well as supporting their growth and development within the business.

ABOUT YOU

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role

• Previous experience in a management role with the ability to motivate team members

• Excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with various teams in the business

• Exceptional oganisational and time management skills setting high standards of operation

• An ability to successfully manage fluctuations in processing volume and high-pressure environments during peak seasonal periods

• Knowledge of Harmony system (preferred)
