HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A FULL PRICE ITEM
If you'd like to request an exchange or refund for your Manning Cartell purchase, please contact our eBoutique team within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
You will be asked for your name, order number and additional details before being issued with a Returns Authorisation Number.
Once you have your RA Number, you have a further 14 days to post your order back to our eBoutique.
All returns must be in their original, new condition, not damaged, worn or washed and must have original tags attached. They must be sent back in original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earrings.

RETURNING SALE ITEMS
We do not offer refunds for change of mind sale items. For change of mind, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
Please note exchanges must be processed within 14 days. We do not issue eBoutique credits.
Sale refunds will only be accepted if the merchandise is faulty.
Please note, items purchased during short term promotional sales such as Vogue Online Shopping Night are not classed as "sale items" and are subject to our normal returns policy.
DHL PICK UP SERVICE FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a DHL pick up service for returns and exchanges for a flat fee of $15.00. This means,= we can arrange for a DHL driver to come and pick up your return, which removes the hassle of you having to go to the Post Office.
All you need to do to request a pick up is email or call the eBoutique Manning Cartell Team within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that DHL pick ups can not be booked for the same day, we need at least one days notice. Customers in metro areas can request either an AM or PM pick up.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Sorry, but we don't offer a refund on any shipping charges for returned goods. You'll need to cover the cost of any returns and pay the shipping cost of items offered in an exchange.
We offer a DHL pick up service for a flat fee of $15.00 (please see above).
IN STORE RETURNS POLICY
Please note that our in store returns policy differs from the eBoutique. No refunds will be given if you have changed your mind. Store credit strictly within 7 days of purchase, with sales receipt & items in new condition.
No exchange, credit, refunds will be given on sale items.
No responsibility will be taken for damage due to dry cleaning, please see below for dry cleaning advice.
Unfortunately, any credit notes or gift vouchers issued from MANNING CARTELL boutiques can only be used in-store and can't be redeemed online.
DRY CLEANING & ADDITIONAL INFO
All returns must be sent back in original packaging and as-new unworn condition.
Please note if you buy online, you can't return an item to one of our boutiques or David Jones. Likewise, if you buy in-store, you can't return an item online.
Our in store returns policy differs to our eBoutique. Please check our returns policy in store before purchasing.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any damage caused by dry cleaning. We're happy to provide recommendations on the dry cleaners we use, so please contact our eBoutique team for their advice if you're unsure.
